We established a great working relationship. Once independent she was sharing her new ventures and development projects which led to me reaching out about my property.

She was very responsive and quickly met with me as a courtesy to see the property. While viewing the property we discussed market value and she also advised she knew some investors that would likely be interested.

A couple of days following the viewing, Jodi called and said she had made calls and had several interested buyers; she recommended a group showing and I started receiving offers during the showing.

All of this occurred within two weeks from her viewing, 3 days and the group showing with a closing 10 days later.
